3、投標(biāo)人資格要求
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:1) 具有獨(dú)立的法人資格，相應(yīng)的經(jīng)營范圍。投標(biāo)方應(yīng)具有正規(guī)注冊的辦事處、維修站及零備件保稅庫。在中國境內(nèi)應(yīng)有專門負(fù)責(zé)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的維修工程師和專門的技術(shù)應(yīng)用支持工程師。1) With independent legal person qualification, the corresponding business scope. Bidders should have formal registration office, repair and spare parts bonded library. 2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對本次招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目出具的j*授權(quán)書；制造商或者代理商至少有三年從事類似貨物生產(chǎn)和銷售的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
